The Ombudsman informs the public that the Bureau has recently been strengthened with a new Complaint Officer, Ms. Florence Marlin. Due to the departure of one of the Complaint Officers a vacancy was created and Ms. Marlin was successfully recruited with the assistance of the department of P&O. Ms Marlin started at the Bureau on October 11, 2016 and is ready and well equipped to serve the public.
