PHILIPSBURG……On 1 November 2014 new complaint officer in the person of Ms. Carmencita P. Lammar has joined the staff of the Ombudsman.
Ms. Lammar is a former student of the St Maarten Academy, where she completed her studies in 1998. She left for the Netherlands 1999 where she studied in Marketing, Law and Implementation & Change Management.
During the course of her studies, she began working at the Central Processing Unit of the Public Prosecution Services in Utrecht, where she worked until returning home to Sint Maarten in July 2014.
The Ombudsman welcomes Ms. Carmencita Lammar.
